Abstrak:
Designing an Integrated Tourism Village based on natural wealth, and the basis of product synergy, and the potential
synergy of neighboring areas is a village empowerment program that is currently worth implementing in Allakuang
Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency which has the village's unique potential, namely mountain
stone craftsmen. This program aims to improve the quality of Allakuang village empowerment with a typical tourismbased village setting, by looking at the program for increasing the capacity of equipment, increasing the mindset of
building villages with a new approach, and guiding the way for the opening of mutually beneficial collaborations
between villages. This program is implemented through 3 (three) methods, namely: Method of Strengthening Mindset,
Method of Strengthening Supporting Facilities, and Method of Guidance and Assistance, the achievements will still be
maximized. The results achieved are that this program has carried out training activities on the operationalization of new
equipment as a form of giving artisans weighting as a form of strengthening the empowerment of village craftsmen, in
addition to fostering the quality of various productions through the introduction of new types of production based on
souvenirs which have an impact on increasing the income of artisans as well as village tourism collaboration programs
Neighboring villages by taking advantage of their differences in terms of production, each village is a means of
strengthening the village's empowerment in presenting itself as a tourist village that is worth selling to attract visits.
