Abstrak:
This PPDM activity aims to increase the income of stone craftsmen who can grow from competition for similar
products from other regions, stimulate the potential of stone-based village tourism that can encourage village economic
development, and foster work motivation towards productivity, as well as enthusiasm in organizing villages into superior
tourist villages. with its uniqueness, namely in collaboration between the uniqueness of neighboring villages. Building an
Art Gallery and Exhibition Room for Allakuang Stone Products is able to encourage maximum energy for the development
of a tourist village icon. The method used is the Mindset Strengthening Method. Methods of Strengthening Supporting
Facilities, and Methods of Guidance and Mentoring. For the second year, the Method of Strengthening Supporting Facilities
was applied in the form of procuring Art Galleries and Showrooms of Stone-Made Products which had never existed in
this village before, and the Guidance and Mentoring Method, namely mentoring the manufacture of a variety of new
products, and mentoring the operationalization of showrooms and art galleries to be communicative. as a transmitter of
information. The PPDM program has resulted in an increase in the income of artisans and an expansion of the variety of
products that have an impact on the program to build stone-based tourism villages. Another output is a social engineering
report that changes the mindset of village development with a creative nuance to support government programs/policies in
village development and tourism based on creative economy.
