This article analyzes the sustainability of
eLearning after the Covid-19 pandemic with a focus on problems
and opportunities. The writing method in this study uses
descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The
results of the analysis revealed that at least the learning problems
of the eLearning model consist of 4 (four), namely: First, the
limitations and uneven distribution of information technology
infrastructure. Second, the limited Human Resources. Third, the
readiness of educational institutions. Fourth, paradigms and
cultural values in eLearning learning. The opportunity for
eLearning in the future is to be able to accelerate access to
education in areas that have the less educational infrastructure
and are not served by a face-to-face-based education model.
